Interest Form

Candidates must fill out an interest form to participate in SWPA recruitment. The interest form will be advertised on our Instagram, here on the website, and around campus.

Our Spring 2024 recruitment process has concluded, please check back in the Fall semester for updates on rushing!

Information Night

At Info Night candidates can hear from our members, learn more about SWPA, and ask any questions they may have. We highly encourage all candidates to attend as it gives a great overview of SWPA and the recruitment process.

Candidates also sign up for our first round interviews during Information Night! For those who cannot make it, no need to worry, we send out the first round sign up to everyone who filled out the interest form.

Upcoming Recruitment Cycle

Sunday, August 25th from 12 PM - 4 PM

UIUC Quad Day!

Come stop by SWPA's Quad Day booth to learn more about us and the upcoming recruitment process!

Thursday, September 12th from 6 PM - 8 PM

Information Night

Attend SWPA's Information Night to hear all about our organization, interact with leadership, and sign up for First Round Interviews

Monday, September 16th from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

First Round Formal Interviews

You will sign up for a 10 minute formal interview within this time frame. Following this round interviews are invite only. 

Tuesday, September 17th from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Second Round Interviews (Social Session)

You will be invited back to sign up for a 25 minute more causal social session interview along with other potential members. Following this round it will be invite only. 

Wednesday, September 18th from 6:00 PM - 8:40 PM

Final Round Panel Interviews

You will be invited back for our final round of interviews and asked to sign up for a 15 minute time slot. You will be required to bring printed copies of your resume. Following this round you will receive a decision on if you are being admitted to SWPA.

Friday, September 20th from 6 PM - 7 PM

New Member Bid Day Celebration
