Mentor & Mentee Program
The mentor/mentee program was created to help facilitate our sisterhood and provide members with additional guidance!
New members are paired with mentors when they join SWPA.
While mentorship is not a core pillar of SWPA, our old and new members foster a mentoring environment. Whether it be connecting with an older girl in your career path, going on a coffee chat, serving as a leader in SWPA, or representing the organization positively, mentorship is intertwined into all of our pillars.
